About MISE Digital

Hi I'm Meghan
I’m the face behind MISE Digital (pronounced M’eyes). I have a degree in marketing and sports management from Central Michigan University. After college I was energized to do sports marketing until I got a job offer and realized it was better to know someone in sports management than work in sports management. Life, right? So, I leaned into marketing and have adapted through many iterations of digital advertising over the last 15 years.
Doing Pay-Per-Click Advertising Since 2010
Did you know Google Analytics was called Urchin WebAnalytics until 2005? In 2010, a unique opportunity fell into my lap that changed my career to what it is today. I have worked on brands of all sizes and industry sectors. From regulated b2b to large b2c companies and found my passion in working with small to medium sized businesses. Teaching business owners how to read analytics and measure results from all channels. My philosophy is If there’s something you’d like to learn how to do, I am happy to walk alongside you and show you what to do so we can free up budgets for other meaningful work beyond your skillset.
What is MISE?
Building a brand name that was representative of my business perspective and held personal meaning was very important to me. Honestly, I couldn’t tell you the exact process that led me to the name, but once I found it, I knew it was the perfect fit.
The term mise en place (pronounced me-zohn plahs) is a French culinary concept that means “everything in its place”. The process of organizing and preparing all your ingredients and tools before you start cooking. For me, this reflects how I approach marketing: just as a successful dish requires more than just the right ingredients, an effective marketing strategy involves more than just digital tactics. It’s about understanding all the channels in your marketing mix and ensuring they work together seamlessly to create a cohesive, results-driven campaign.
Likewise, the acronym MISE also stands for Meghan, Isaiah, Scarlett, and Ellis; me, and my three kids. Mission accomplished.
